My Wife and Kids love Pot Pie so much,
I decided to make an extra large one for everyone and it was easy to make and sooooo delicious 😋😋😋

1. Debone a precooked whole rotisserie chicken & chop up the meat into decent sized chunks
2. Using 2 bags of frozen veggies, I used 1 mixed vegetables and 1 peas and carrots, microwaved both for 3 minutes only but use veggies that you prefer
3. Mix all of the above together in a large bowl
4. Grease the cooking pan with soft butter
5. Using store bought pie crust, apply to the bottom of the cooking pan
6. Pour in the mixture of chicken meat and veggies
7. Using a large can of Campbell's low sodium and low fat, Cream of Chicken Soup(feel free to use the regular Campbell's soup, I prefer the low sodium, low fat one) and pour it evenly over the chicken and veggies
8. Using more store bought pie crust, cover it completely
9. Using a fork, poke holes into the top and pinch the edges all around
10. Scramble an egg to make an egg wash, wash the top of the pie crust all over but don't have it too wet or soupy once you are done
11. Cook at 450 degrees for 35-40 minutes and Enjoy Your Life 😘

Once Upon a Time....
