Magdalena Events & Design is a full service event planning & design company in New England, the Berkshires and Hudson Valley that specializes in unique weddings and personal events. Our services include wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, engagement parties, anniversaries as well as birthday parties, baby showers, reunions, holiday or cocktail parties for any occa

sion. Magdalena has been planning events and designing spaces for as long as she can remember. Finally, 3 years ago she decided to combine her two passions and created an events company. She strives to foster a unique relationship with her clients and will work hard to realize their deepest dreams for their event. Magdalena has been known for her calm approach not only in the most chaotic situations but also when everything inside you tells you ‘I can’t do it’ – You will look to her and know everything is under control.

“The most fulfilling moments are at the of the night, the adrenaline is wearing off, the flowers are being moved and then you lay eyes on two wonderful individuals, full of joy giving you the most genuine look of happiness and strongest hugs of gratitude”. Magdalena lives in the Berkshires but is happy to travel almost anywhere.

Color, joy, and a Vermont breeze✨
This ceremony setup was everything we love about bold design — vibrant, joyful, and full of personality! A color-blocked aisle bursting with blooms was created, framing the mountains in the sweetest way.

One of our favorite details? After the ceremony, these lush aisle arrangements were moved inside the tent to adorn the stage — and they transitioned perfectly. It’s always such a win when design meets intention, making every petal do double duty without losing its magic.

This tented celebration was pure happiness in color form 🌸☀️ From the moment guests stepped inside, they were greeted with a sea of vibrant blooms, playful patterns, and design details that radiated summertime joy.

We wanted every corner to feel like a celebration of love and life — from the whimsical floral centerpieces to the bright linens and glowing candlelight under the canvas sky. The result? A tent that truly felt alive — buzzing with laughter, color, and sunshine energy. 🌼💛

This setting is all about layering with intention: soft linen napkins, handmade paper menus, etched glassware, vintage china with a story to tell, and a mix of fresh + dried florals nestled in moss for that grounded, organic feel. Every texture adds depth, contrast, and soul.
