GFWC Florida Scholarship for Women Returning to Work
Women returning to work are invited to apply for a $1,000 scholarship from GFWC Florida. Qualified candidates are women who need assistance with funding their education in order to achieve their goal of becoming self-sufficient through gainful employment.

Crawfordville Womans Club has paired with the sherfiffs dept to collect gift cards for the victims of the recent tornados in Kentucky...... Please bring the gift cards to their front office.

Sheriff Miller and the Wakulla County Sheriff's Office are still accepting gift card donations to benefit the victims of the recent tornados in Kentucky.

Coordinating with officials in the affected areas, it has been determined the best way anyone here can help out is through the donation of gift cards. Beginning today, 1/10/22, anyone who is interested in helping, can bring donations to the front lobby of the Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office. It is requested for those who choose to donate to bring either Visa/Mastercard prepaid credit cards or gift cards to major national retailers. Cash and checks (made payable to the Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office) will be accepted and converted to gift cards by WCSO.

The Crawfordville Woman’s Club and Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office are partnering together to raise funds for victims of the recent tornados in Kentucky. After contacting officials in one of the hardest hit areas located in Hopkins County, it was determined that this area could benefit greatly from our help. It was suggested that we donate gift cards which can be used as the families set up in FEMA housing. If you plan to donate, please bring either Visa/Mastercard prepaid credit cards or gift cards to major national retailers to the Sheriff’s Office. If you want to donate cash or checks (made out to Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office) it will then be converted to gift cards. We will be collecting donations now
through February 4th.
If you have questions, please contact Captain Evans at the Sheriff’s Office. All donations will be greatly appreciated.
