In August, Plantpeddler hosted an amazing event to help educate Ag instructors about Horticulture and training in greenhouse production. Many industry reps, Iowa State University, and Iowa FFA had a part in making this workshop a reality. This learning event was attended by teachers from almost 60 schools in Iowa and surrounding states. Key note speaker for the day was Iowa Secretary of Agricultural, Mike Naig. Requires detail-oriented person, problem solver, multitasker in an office setting, good with wide range of people (i.e. patient, good listener, calm, understanding of the other's point of view), knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and good computer skills. 1 year of prior office experience required.
