Had a blast at my 1st all Vegan Supper Club this weekend with an Irish twist – Leprechauns! 🌈 Appetizers turned into a magical story. Picture leprechauns munching on Leprechaun Bruschetta, Latkes/Golden Potatoes, Corn’d Beef Rose & Cabbage Bites, and Leprechaun Bouquets (Enoki Mushrooms). 🍀 Main course featured Vegan Irish Stew & Vegan Shepherds Pie – absolutely delicious! For dessert, I surprised my guests with dark chocolate covered cookies and cream ice cream, Leprechaun Buckles & orange liquor Chocolate Lava Cake. 🍰 Huge thanks to everyone who joined, making it a feast to remember!
