I was a guest at the June 8, 2024 wedding at Gray Estates. As a classical musician who has performed at many weddings from Trinity College in Hartford, CT to Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, IN, I was most impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and the efficient pacing at this barn wedding event as it was a first time experience after playing classical weddings over the past four days.
I would highly recommend this opportunity to anyone planning future weddings.

Here are a few photos of recent updates at the barn. The two large doors on the second floor open from the ceremony banked barn. The view is awesome from here.

Updated pictures of the banked barn approximately 3400 SqFt. The downstairs is approximately 2600 SqFt with two bathrooms and a Bridal dressing room.
The reception barn has a stage and dance floor with plenty of space for up to 300 guests.

The custom red oak wood flooring has been completed. Next on the list of improvements is to have large ceiling fans installed to keep the air moving and exterior gooseneck lighting. More pics to follow.

I’d like to thank my good friend Ben Shue and Joe for doing a great job on the installation of the flooring and roofing maintenance.

The barn is getting new rough cut oak flooring installed giving it a clean rustic look. I’ll have more pics as it gets closer to completion.

We had the last wedding for this season this weekend. Congratulations to the Bride and Groom.

We have dates available for next year.

Updates this year to the barn included converting the original milk house into a bridal changing room and two custom bathrooms by the well known carpenter, Travis Wertz. A very large commercial septic system. A loft area in the banked barn was built for added space with a view. A Smart TV added so you don’t miss a game. Many more updates to list.
