“Let us enhance your life story”

The Bradshaw-Duncan House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is a historic farmhouse offering the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern flair in a humble, intimate setting. This beautiful 215 year old, Italianate house was built c. 1805 on 456 acres in Floydsburg, KY by John Bradshaw. This historical home was originally a Federal style structure and in the 1850’s William Wesley Duncan, Alexander Duncan’s grandfather, purchased the property and converted it to the current Italianate design.

We offer a large patio area that can accommodate a comfortable 100-150 guests and a beautiful outdoor platform that can accommodate 300 guests. We welcome luncheons, corporate meetings and events, weddings, receptions and various events.

We are located 1.5 miles south of Duncan Memorial and will offer discounts to those who book their wedding at Duncan Memorial. Please reach out to [email protected] and [email protected] for prices, questions or tours. Thank you and we look forward to your visit.
