We have only a few empty spots on our calendar for Boil OnSite Catering events for May and June. On-site - we have our authentic Cajun Recipes but also music, beads, bibs and a great Cajun atmosphere. We also rent Tables, Chairs, Tents, and hand washing stations.

We have Graduation Party Specials (Boil On-site and Boil n Deliver). Call for pricing.

Boil n Deliver: we have various packages
1.) Crawfish, Shrimp or Crab only
2.) Crawfish, Shrimp or Crab with veggies
3.) Crawfish, Shrimp or Crab veggies and sausage
4.) Crawfish, Shrimp or Crab Party Pack (just like on-site and delivered piping hot, ready to eat)

Hey Crawfish Eaters,

It’s Crawfish Time Again. We are ramping up to our Crawfish Catering Season.

We are cooking Crawfish for the Super Bowl. Call and order your Boil and Drop today. We boil it and drop them at your location. (Delivery fees may be applied outside the Crosby/Mont Belview area.)

That is Crawfish, Potatoes, and Corn for $7.50lb (30lb minimum). For a short time,  we are taking requests for smaller poundages on a prepaid basis (no walkups allowed).

Let us help you pass a good time, by letting us do the cooking. This allows you sit back and enjoy the game with your friends.

Our first Catering event for the season went off without a hitch. We are proud and excited that Apache Industrial Services asked us to cook for their Open House. The staff and there customers were great awesome. 750lb of Louisiana Crawfish, Potatoes, Corn, Sausage, Homemade Jambalaya and Good Ole Cajun Music. I have to say the Crawfish were huge. As Cajuns would say “ They Passed a good time”.
