Update on the water exercise classes. The classes will start on August 1-13. Monday-Friday 8AM and 6PM Saturday and Sunday 9AM. You are welcome to bring a noodle and hand buoy’s. The first class is free and after that the fee will be $7.00 per person per class.

The class is low impact and easy on the joints. Please reserve a spot by texting me at 7132536239 show ups are welcome.

Starting the first week of August I will be doing a low impact Water Exercise class. At 18302 Noyce Road. Theses classes will be offered most days for the first two weeks and then we will see what the demand is to as to how many a week after that.

Do I have interest from my sweet friends that just want to work those joints and do some cardio.

The first class is free after that is $7.00 a class
