We had LOTS of fun events today, including one of our personal favorites… the Wisconsin Group!! 🧀

They had roasted turkey, pulled pork w Dads BBQ sauce, Johnsonville Brats (had to be!) & all the salads… broccoli, potato, fruit and Italian pasta!! As usual, we had a great time and the only thing I’d do different is bring spicy brown mustard next time!!

Back at it on Thursday with our extra delicious Prime Rib French Dips!! Do you miss the Wild Turkeys??? I know I do! We will have those on hand tomorrow with a little Cajun kick! You should stop by! 😎

Just in the nick of time!!! I was able to get roast in the oven to slow cook allllll night long! It’s surely to be totally delicious and we will serve it over homemade mashed potatoes w green beans and a yeast roll!

Tomorrow, Thursday 8/15, we are celebrating FIVE YEARS!!! 🎈

We’ve had lots of ups and downs over the last 5 years, an absolutely insane amount of laughter, lots of hard work, some tears and fears, new and inventive dishes have left our kitchen & we’ve got an incredibly solid & reliable crew too, which I’m grateful beyond words for! (We’ve only had *one* person leave Willow, due to moving out of state. This is something I’m seriously SO proud of!!)

I’m in awe of what Chris and I, our staff, family and friends, and of course GUESTS have helped us build over the years. Our gratitude is overwhelming and abundant. ♥️ growing a restaurant business, with our crew in mind, has served us very well.

To celebrate, we are throwing our annual parking lot party!! Pork sandwiches, brisket sandwiches, ribs and bologna & desserts will all be offered at exceptional prices! Everything is first come, first serve!

We hope you can join us and start celebrating the next 5 years together!!
