Visually, it could be less monochromatic, I know, but I was making it for my own breffus and I was hungry.

Wen Williby is a veteran of the Hospitality Industry, but has spent the last several years as a Recovery Coach & Sober-living Advocate in the Upper Cumberland.

Having moved to Crossville in 2019 to pursue her own recovery, Wen discovered a new passion: helping others embrace a thriving sober lifestyle - which includes pursuing God-given passions - like her lifelong passion for feeding others!
That passion was given a platform as Wen was tasked with conceiving and executing fundraising events for Crossville Mission Bible Training Center, where she continues to serve as Director of Public Relations & Events. Through those events, her culinary and event planner abilities were noted and after much encouragement from mentors, and with help from The Biz Foundry, she took the leap and launched SOCIALFARE.

Through SOCIALFARE, Wen offers custom cuisine and event planning with a focus on more intimate affairs (40 guests or less), partnering with her host to execute their vision for the event. She has a strong desire to feature local growers, makers and bakers as often as possible and prides herself on being able to put on a stellar event with *almost* any budget!

"Start Up Your Startup has been an absolute Godsend for me in the beginning phase of turning this side-project into a viable business. I cannot thank Jess Lewis and The Biz Foundry enough for providing this solid foundation upon which to build the early structure of SOCIALFARE!
I had no idea what an incredible resource this 4-week program would prove to be. The amount of guidance I received on everything from the legalities of business structure to unfiltered feedback on my logo was priceless. (Or at least more than I could afford on my startup budget!)
Although I come with nearly twenty years of food/beverage/hospitality experience under my belt - both as an operator and entrepreneur - I needed the guidance that the Start Up program provided to help narrow my focus while remaining true to the creative vision. The lifespan for these flours is typically 9-12 months so you should have plenty of time to enjoy them.

Organic Pastry Flour Larder Bins (only 4 available)
Made of Organic Soft White Wheat. This flour has an almost silk like texture that is ideal for cakes, pastries, and pies. It's low protein content and unique texture enables it to flake significantly when layered with high quality butter.

Organic Tippo 00 Larder Bins (only 6 available)
Made of Organic Hard Winter Wheat. This Italian style flour is so fine it is often referred to as a powder. This flour is ideal for super fine pastas and Neapolitan style pizza. Miller Tip: Use this as your base and replace 25% of finely milled einkorn or spelt to add a boost of nutty whole grain flavor.
