Pretty sweet weather we're having today. Almost as sweet as the butterscotch cookie parfaits being whipped up by our fabulous dessert queen! But hey don't take my word for it. Venture out to the Gary Sportsmen Club and taste for yourself 😋😋

Our Pot roast starts with quality beef that is seasoned and seared. Then it's braised for hours with fresh herbs, veggies, and red wine until it's ridiculously tender. It's good like Grandma used to make 😋😋😋
