Last year's winners, Doc's Smokehouse, Drew BBQ and Sausage, and Big Daddy's BBQ, will be defending their crowns against fierce competitors like Deon's BBQ, Quan's BBQ Smoke Pitt, and Red Barn Smokehouse.

Mark your calendars for the BBQ competition, happening this Saturday at 3:30 PM. Come and cheer on your favorite pitmasters as they battle it out for glory and bragging rights!

But that's not all! Saturday evening, we're lighting up the sky with a spectacular fireworks show at dusk. 🎆✨ It'll be a dazzling display you won't want to miss!

What a great time at the Broad Street Blues & BBQ Fest this past weekend. The people of Griffith, IN know how to party!!! So overwhelmed. Never thought in a million years that our ribs would turn out the way they did. Just a couple of guys working our asses off to try & get it right every time. Some days we do but some days we fall short & as exhausting as it is we love it & this weekend made us love it even more. Thanks to everyone who came out & showed us love! We really appreciate it. This will only fuel the fire.

We had a great time this past weekend at Governors State University for their Art Department’s Juneteenth Summer Solstice. Weather was great & everyone loved what we work so hard at doing. Sometimes we feel like this worn down Paul Bunyan but at the end when we hear all the great feedback it’s worth it.
