You went to betty Sue to decorate your party. She has no contract, takes cash app, and has zero customer reviews.
NO CONTACTS, no accountability. That means no business structure. She can make up anything not to refund you. You can not go after her legally if there's an issue. Most of the time, that's where those horror stories of the decorator took my money, and she not answering her phone comes from.
CASH APP PAYMENTS - no legal registered, insured company is taking cash app as a form of payments. It screams unprofessional. There are more secure ways to accept payments. Zelle, Apple pay, debit, credit, CASH, and even checks(we only accept checks with our corporate clients who have accounts with us, or net 30, or net 45)
CUSTOMER REVIEWS doesn't always have to be on Google. It can be a screenshot post on Instagram, what customers are saying on their website. A video feedback. For us, our GOOGLE reviews will tell you all you need to know.
