Tent Area Requirements
The room should be large enough to adequately provide space for tents and mattresses. All furniture and other items should be removed PRIOR to our arrival. WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. There should be NO PETS or SMOKING near the designated event location. Pets claws can pop air Mattresses and smoke smell can’t be removed from the fabric of the tent and linens. Please let us know prior to booking the event how much space is available.
Food and Beverage
We Ask that only light dry snacks and clear beverages ( NO FRUIT PUNCH, JUICES, FOOD WITH DYES OR COLA PRODUCTS) be consumed in the tents. We ask that no greasy or messy foods especially those with tomato based or substances that can stain are served inside or around the tents. This helps us to maintain the highest quality of our tents, linens, pillows and fabrics.
Damages
Any damages to the property of Savannah Nights Sleepover Service will result in the assessment of charges to the client. Please keep items that will stain or damage fabrics and linens out of the tents. Some of these items include (NAIL POLISH, SLIME, GLITTER MARKERS, PAINT, MAKE-UP, HAIR DYE, HAIR CHALK, COLORED DRINKS, or FOOD)
The decorative pillows are not meant for sleeping purposes, they are solely for decoration. The display trays in front of the tent are also used for decor and to hold any party favors and lanterns . Please do not use them for arts and crafts, painting nails or as meal trays.
Cancellations And Refunds
If you need to cancel or change dates you must notify us at least 7 days prior to your event. A change of dates will be based on availability of the preferred date. No refunds are granted for cancellations within 7 Days of your event date.
Issues and Concerns
Savannah Nights Sleeping Service is not responsible for damage or loss of our inventory once placed at an event location. We assume no liability for accidents or damages. The client will be held entirely financially responsible for any defacing or destruction of our property.
Savannah Nights Sleepover Service is not responsible for any activities that take place during the rental period of our products that might result in an allergic reaction. Nor are we responsible for allergic/medical reactions that are a result of the food menu, Blanket, Pillow or wearing of robes and sleep masks, and any and all materials given at the event.
