Fun conversation fact: That marshmallowy white stuff on the outside of your brie is called a bloomy rind.
These cheeses are coated with edible molds, such as Penicillium candidum. The cheeses ripen from the outside-inwards. Sometimes, a seductive gooey layer called the “creamline” forms around the fudgy interior.

We added our Taste & Company “insider secrets” to festive South of the Border “Street Corn” that everyone loves. First up are Mexican or lemon pestos, each adding two twists to the corn and even more juiciness.
We added the “shucked” version for our guests who prefer their corn as a sunny, sublime side dish.
And for those who love a spicy version with just the perfect amount of heat to enhance the corn, we created our a wildly popular Melissa’s Ground Green Hatch Chile chili powder aioli sauce.

Lobster Rolls with Lemon Aioli
Nothing says Cape Cod summer like luxurious lobster rolls. Taste and Company cracks fresh lobster for our rolls. The moist tender meat is chopped up for even, easy eating. Our secret is adding lemon aioli or lemon pesto made from scratch, green onion and parsley. Then all the ingredients are layered into a buttery, toasted bun.
Fun fact: did you know that lobster was so abundant in colonial times that homeowners used it as fertilizer for their lawns?
