In 1993, my next door neighbor rented a moonwalk for her daughter’s birthday. The owner of the business was selling that unit.........Four of us pitched in and bought it and that’s how it began.
About a year and a half later, we two couples realized that we had different ideas of how we would like to pursue the business. So we became two separate companies. They enjoyed going to community fairs, etc, and we enjoyed setting up for a paying customer and picking up later.
In 1997, we moved to Cu***ng from Stone Mountain, and began building an all new client base. I attended trade shows, and learned more with each year. Better Moonwalks inevitably became just my business, and I have been striving for ‘BETTER’ from the beginning.
In 2017, we won ‘Best of Forsyth’ (for party rentals).............and later, we were honored by the Cu***ng-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce, as a finalist for Excellence in Business. The recognition feels great, but what it really does is motivate me to continue to improve.
