Bouquets to Art 2024 at De Young Museum. My floral piece was inspired by Tuth Asawa's her abstract looped-wire sculptures. To create the wire structure, I used more than 550 feet of papered wire and two days of work. There is a rule in floral design: the more work you put into the structure, the fewer flowers you use so as not to bury your work. Light and minimal but with a lot of depth.
