At Cajun Traditions we require a meeting with our owner and event coordinator prior to booking us for your event. Many people ask why this is required and what to expect. In this consultation you can expect to:
1. Develop a personalized menu
2. Discuss budget and final quote
3. Discuss event day details and specifics
4. Answer any questions or concerns
5. Taste test our signature alcoholic cocktails (optional)

Cajun Traditions, a family-grown and family-operated business, recently held its first event in six years with our complete family of four. As the owner and head chef, Jared brings his culinary expertise. Shannon, also an owner and event coordinator, manages the logistics. Madison serves as chef assistant, and Kaylie, our social media manager, handles our online presence from Utah. We were lucky to have an event while Kaylie was visiting and was able to work together again.
The rest of our crew consist of close family and friends so you know you are getting a crew that value their work and each other!
We have come a long way since starting Cajun Traditions in 2013, and we are so thankful for all of your support.
