We’ve loved decorating for Christmas since we were kids. It’s an honor to help decorate our church each year. It’s most beautiful at Christmas, with its lights, trees, poinsettias, and large nativity.

This year, we donated a new angel for the center of the altar. We’ve been lifelong members and enjoy giving back to the church that raised us. We hope the angel and decorations bring joy and peace to many for years to come.

To us, it’s the best time of year! We love decorating for and celebrating the Christmas season.

We were excited to be asked back to decorate the store fronts in downtown Millersburg this year.

If you have not been to Millersburg for the Christmas lights, you should add it as a stop this holiday season. Small-town charm, picturesque sites at historic , and memories to be made.

The windows will be lit nightly through January 1.

A big thanks to our Mom for making the snowman and the large red bow tree topper!

For our dear friend, Kitty.

Before she passed, she sent us a text and asked for “just a few pink roses when the time comes.”
That time came way too soon.

To know her was to love her. As an educator, she touched the lives of so many. She was sweet, witty, funny, and she loved fiercely.

A classic and beautiful pink farewell. Rest easy, sweet friend.

And now, for the grand reveal.
This ceremony setup was incredible!

The couple wanted a showstopper. Something dramatic, showy, and full of blooms.

To pull this off, we had to head to the farm and cut down some small trees. (See photos in the comments for that trip! 😆)

Beautiful blooms, curly willow, and beech tree leaves worked together to create this beautiful backdrop. The candles and backlighting set the ambiance even more.

After the ceremony, the chairs were moved out and a large leather sofa was brought in to create a photo-op area for guests.

Thankful for an amazing mother who let us borrow her old SUV to literally haul trees. Thankful for brothers who let us search their farms for whatever may be needed and for hauling everything to Lexington. Thankful for our mom, sister, and nieces that helped bring this whole wedding to life. It truly takes a team!

Revealing the reception setup.

What a transformation! You can’t tell this is a concert venue.

Beautiful black draping, tied back, revealing long dining tables. A wide central table with florals extending the entire length, paired with beautiful ground arrangements capping each table, helped draw the eye and fill the room with color.

Now, let’s talk about the blooms. Beautiful shades of red and burgundy, with hints of deep orange, pink, and white to help soften each arrangement.

A few of our favorite blooms are the coffee break rose, kahala rose (pink), aranthera orchids, and hanging amaranthus. We also loved working in some tropical blooms since one of the brides lived in Hawaii. The birds of paradise and large monstera leaves were stunning!

One more reveal to go. Just wait until you see the ceremony space!

Revealing the beautiful seating chart installation from last weekends wedding at The Manchester Music Hall.

A stunning floor length mirror framed with branches and fresh blooms creating a beautiful statement piece as guests moved from the ceremony to the reception.

Stay tuned! Next we will reveal the reception setup.

For Geneva. A farewell fit for a garden lover. The family requested magnolias, hydrangeas, and yellow roses. We took it from there, and I believe this may be one of our favorites that we’ve had the honor to create.

The shades of green and white with the hint of yellow offer a classic and timeless look that exudes southern elegance.

Seven magnolia blooms represented each of her children and grandchildren, which they each got to take home in remembrance.

As summer draws to a close, we can’t help but reminisce on Courtney and Kyle’s June wedding at St Edward Church and .

Courtney wanted her florals to bring all the color, and we were happy to oblige! We love how all the shades of pink, peach, yellow, lavender, and white came together so perfectly! We love when a bride isn’t afraid of color!

We must say, we are still slightly obsessed with the cake meadow! 😍 And the peonies… and the peach roses… and the ranunculus… and the feverfew daisies… and the purple clematis!

Mallory and Dawson left no detail overlooked for their beautiful wedding at The Venue at Evans Orchard.

A classic black and white affair, with accents of gold and beautiful white flowers, created an inviting atmosphere for their closest family and friends.

From the entry display welcoming guests, to the wooden pews and old rustic cross setting a beautiful ceremony overlooking the orchard, to the black draping in the barn. Everything worked seamlessly to bring Mallory’s wedding vision to life!

For Jerry. The family asked us to incorporate his farm hat and the “So God Made a Farmer” sign into his casket spray.

This one hit close to home as he meant a lot to many in our family. Our own Dad was a life long farmer and we read “So God Made A Farmer” at his funeral.

We loved being able to incorporate these keeps sakes and we’re so happy with how it all came together. From the different wild grasses and berries, to the fresh flowers, foxtails and dried pods, they all complemented each other so well to create a rustic yet classy farewell to a hard working man.

Victoria and Derek’s wedding day was truly one to remember.

Victoria opted for an elegant floral color palette that worked beautifully with the pristine white tablecloths, chairs, and structures of Ashford Acres Inn.

The centerpieces were filled with stunning white hydrangeas, complemented by the Moab and Crème de la Crème roses, peach-colored spray roses, yellow butterfly ranunculus, blue delphinium, pink stock, and lavender scabiosa.

Beautiful blooms helping to create the perfect setting for a summer wedding in Kentucky.
