Thank you all for the support over the past month, we are still closed until further notice with no time-frame on a new location at this time. It was a blast to serve the city of Cynthiana and hope to do so again In the future. As many know in the area in regards to this location on Walnut is that management made it extremely difficult to operate,to the next set of folks who may be interested in that property. Listen close,You will be sold and very convinced it's a low risk investment and be maybe even with some smooth talking you will even believe the reality that you can make some money with a little work,The true reality is that your going into a venue that's falling apart,leaks in the basement with water to the bottom steps with a good rain, you will experience the joys of water leaking from your ceiling when your upstairs neighbors are doing their laundry or dishes,So keep in mind if you add thousands of dollars worth of equipment in there,your going to be told you have great air conditioning and your AC will drain water down the wall and prepare to fight for your repairs as the #1 response you will get from management is tenant abuse or an explanation of how small things aren't going to get taken care of,there are so many reasons to leave the property vacant,my hope is that no other person gets smooth talked into this nightmare. We to should have taken into consideration the amount of bars and business that have made their ways through this location, it's got nothing to do with the business except who the checks go to,take a look at how many bars and came an gone in such a short amount of time,it's clear where the issue sets.
