Meet Amanda, a powerhouse mom, wife, and entrepreneur who decided to put her health at the forefront. 💪 After hitting a plateau in her fitness journey, she joined our FWP family 8 months ago and hasn’t looked back. From discovering a love for weightlifting to seeing incredible results, Amanda has transformed her body and mindset. We’re proud to be part of her journey as she continues to crush her goals!

Here’s what she has to say about her experience at FWP:
Balancing motherhood, marriage, and a business used to be my excuses for neglecting my health.
I decided to make changes and slowly lost 35lbs. However, my process started to plateau and home workouts became redundant. 8 months ago, I joined FWP gym which has elevated my fitness progress.
Discovering weightlifting is a new challenge Ive been enjoying. I have truly sculpted muscles I have never seen before, boosted my energy, and still steadily losing fat. The class style has taken the mental load off of me, having to come up with effective and proper ways of training, making sticking to working out so much easier. It’s awesome to actually see the progress from all the hard work, time, and sweat I put in. I’m excited to continue this journey, reaching my goals.
