We would really appreciate it if people didn't do fake reviews. We have no idea who this person is. We did get a call from an Iris C minutes before and we explained the fee. We have not spoken to them (this name), yet they left this fake review. We do not force anyone to pay a $45 fee or book an appointment. Brides pay a fee to reserve the entire showroom for themselves and their entourage. There are no walk-ins during an appointment. Brides have a choice to pay and reserve. If they SYTTD, the fee gets applied towards the purchase of that dress. Let's respect small businesses and stop with the fake reviews. This is our dream and hard work you're wrongfully accusing. Thank You.

There is a 50% deposit on ALL Pre- Order gowns. Our production time frame is 15 to 18 weeks. Once the order is completed, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is shipped out. Orders gets placed the same day deposits are made. Sample gowns are final sale and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FINAL SALE/SAMPLE ITEMS. Our price ranges from $699 to $3499

Cancellation on Pre- Order gowns must be done within 24 hours of ordering.
