Finished a cook for the National Pipeliners Clay Shoot. Thanks to Corona, the turn out was a little light. I have a few 1855 Black Angus briskets left over and for sale. They come vacuumed packed with perfect reheating instructions and homemade bbq sauce. $60 ( my cost). Message me if interested.

Turkey Day is around the corner. Anyone looking for smoked turkeys, I'll be firing up the pit and and currently taking orders. Looking to have them finished on Wednesday to be picked up in time for the Feast.
