Brittany's wedding day, as beautiful as it was, was a monsoon as well. So yesterday, she and the hubby got all dolled back up and we headed back to The Weinberg at Wixon Valley for some more photos!

Over the course of the last year, there is one wedding that I have looked forward to more than any other. In fact, many of you who may follow this page know the bride; she captured the videos of many of your weddings! This last Saturday it was her turn! To say I looked forward to it is an understatement, especially when she asked me to shoot her big day…Then, just a week prior to the wedding day, the Covid bug attacked.

I won’t lie Brittany, I shed tears when I had to tell you how sick I was. There has always been a rockstar available though as Nick has ALWAYS had my back. Nick Fisher and his wife Melanie were able to step right in and make all of the magic happen and I still get the joy of editing and seeing all of the smiling faces. Thank you Nick!

I can’t even tell you how proud I am for you. It has been such a pleasure working with you over the years and to see you this happy is just amazing! HUGE congratulations to you and Brandan! I can’t wait to spend more time with you in the future and get to know the man who stole your heart!

So last year I missed a wedding….a VERY rare experience for me. Covid, however, had other plans and had me in the hospital. Fast forward to about 2 months ago and Xavier called to set up a surprise session for himself, Shaniqua and the family and some maternity photos. Now THAT is an honor and he did great…she had no idea whatsoever until they got out of the car today!

Seriously you two, what an honor and congratulations on the upcoming addition to the family. It was wonderful to have you all back at the venue today and capture some beautiful moments with your family!

I do few weddings outside of the family venue these days (Still shoot a few though!)...But, when Jaydi and Jonathan called last year, I knew this was one I had to witness. Have you seen a happier group of people...like ever? And as for Jaydi & Jonathan; are they not absolutely adorable????

Seriously you two, it has been such a pleasure working with you both. From that first dinner together until yesterday's amazing wedding day; Every moment has been amazing. You could not have chosen a better venue for your day than The Springs - Cypress. Every little thing was perfectly YOU! I only hope we captured all of the love, laughs, shenanigans enough to tell the story of your day!

FINALLY back at it after the Covid slow down and today kicks off some 'normality' for the year! What an honor to capture the day for these two adorable people!
