Looking for some budget saving tips - well I’ve got plenty!

Drinks: Margarita Machine rental:
$190.00 TOTAL (DFW local)
We provided tequila and rum for margaritas and pina coladas.
Tequila $80 for two bottles of tequila / $65 for two bottles of Rum.
We ended up taking one full bottle of each home with us because the machine lasted through the night with no refills needed.
(A lot of our guests didn’t drink alcohol)

Food: Briskets and Chicken:
Local SAMS club - $450
Briskets were taken to our local BBQ joint and smoked at $1.50/lb - The cost of food and to be cooked was sponsored.

Bridesmaids dresses:

Groom/Groomsmen Suit:

My Dress/Brides dress:
Tried on at David's Bridal - In Store cost - $1295 + $500 est. in alterations. - So instead I went to stillwhite.com and found the EXACT same dress one size bigger for $700 and found a local alterations shop to make the necessary adjustments for less than $150.00.

DECOR:

Flowerwall:

Gold Stand/Frame for Flower wall:

Tablecloths:

Wedding Cakes:
$175 from HEB - includes a 2 layer bridal cake and 2 Sheet cakes, 1 choc. and 1 vanilla. NOT pictured is the TWO choc. Tier grooms cake. No link because you have to go IN store to purchase and every store might have a slightly different price.

Centerpieces:
Found Branches that were on the curb at a local mall - Used the best ones I could find from the batch.

Vases:
These were purchased from FB marketplace I paid $50 for 14 of them along with a bunch of misc. other vases that were no longer needed by an older venue in town - They were yellow from not being cleaned and placed in storage but I washed until they were crystal clear again.

Fresh Roses:
$140-$150 for 125 stems from Sams Club - https://www.samsclub.com/p/members-mark-roses-light-pink-white-125-stems/173339?xid=plp_product_1 - Florals scared me and I scoured the web for MONTHS trying to find a good deal because I could not wrap my head around the costs of flowers.
**I used orbees in each vase with water to keep the flowers in place and from wilting or dying since these were delivered 2 days prior to the wedding**

Bouquet:
Fresh florals from the sams club bundle were used - I wanted a more vintage feel so we just wrapped a few together and I was more than pleased.

I LOVE how my my wedding turned out. It was overwhelming, and I cried a few times along the way to the altar, lol, But WE DID IT!
There is hope and hopefully this helps some of you that might be experiencing doubt.
