The OG Classic Lumpia (spring roll) maker, my lola (grandma), who taught me how to cook. One of my favourite memories as a child is watching her make spring rolls. It’s a dish that requires lots of love and care. Each one handmade and rolled, she would spend hours upon hours and not get tired of making them. She would tell me, “It’s all labor of love.” Her legacy resonates with me every time I make her Lumpia recipe. Watching from Heaven, I know she would be so proud.❤️
