The peanut cactus ::
(Echinopsis chamaecereus) is a branched cactus with finger-like stems that has a clustering and trailing growth habit. This growth habit makes it a great choice for hanging baskets. Each ribbed stem can grow up to 6 inches long and half an inch in diameter and is covered in small white bristles.

Bougainvillea:
Is a drought-tolerant plant, preferring regular waterings but let them go dry in between. It must have well-drained soil or it won't survive.

You can keep a bougainvillea tree 4 to 6 feet tall (or taller, though it will be harder to reach for trimming).

Stake it to keep the plant growing as straight as possible...the heavy top may be inclined to lean. Staking also helps prevent breakage during strong winds.

Although this is a cold-hardy plant, yours may experience some leaf drop if winters are very cold or windy. It will flush out again once the weather calms down.

African Milk Tree:
Euphorbia Trigona, or the African Milk Tree as it's commonly known, is a highly architectural and curious houseplant. Easy to look after, pest resistant and a fast grower means it makes the perfect specimen that adds interest to a sunny spot.

Like many in the Euphorbia genus, it's a mix between a cactus and a succulent plant but has traits familiar with both.

Crown of Thorns:
Container-grown crown of thorns can spend the summer outdoors wherever you need color or interest. Be sure to bring it inside before nighttime temperatures dip below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Of course, you can keep your crown of thorns indoors all year. In a bright window, it will perk up any season.

Crown of thorns will repeat bloom throughout the year. The actual flowers are the insignificant green centers, but they are surrounded by showy bracts that look like colorful petals. Despite its thorns, crown of thorns is easy to handle if you grab it by its leafy stems or hold it by its roots.

Devil's Ivy:
Devil’s ivy (Epipremnum aureum), also called golden pothos or pothos, is a tropical, evergreen vine native to the Solomon Islands that may be grown outdoors in USDA hardiness zones 10 through 12 or indoors as a hardy, carefree houseplant in any zone. In USDA zone 9b, the plant may freeze to the ground in winter, but usually resprouts in spring. Devil's ivy's growing needs, indoors or out, are basic and it's relatively pest- and disease-free, so even black-thumbed gardeners should find success with it. In fact, the plant thrives on neglect.

Mexican Heather:
Where the weather is warm enough to allow Mexican heather to grow as a perennial, it does not require any special care. As long as soil drains well, most types can support the plant's growth. Water weekly, or more frequently in extreme heat. Established plants can tolerate some drought. For the prettiest foliage, grow Mexican heather in partial shade. While the plant can adapt to full sun, this will cause its rich green color to fade. Only minimal pruning should be necessary. Trim lightly in the spring if the plant looks scraggly. Serious insect or disease problems seldom affect Mexican heather

NOW THIS IS A GORGEOUS WILDFLOWER !!!
The silky, flowing plumes of Prairie Smoke always gains devotees at first sight. When it is going to seed, the blossoms open up creating an effect that resembles smoke hovering over the plant itself. Blooming in spring to early summer, in well-drained soils, Geum triflorum prefers full to partial sun. We grow ours in our "scree" garden which is made of nothing but sand, gravel and rocks!
