We’re excited to announce the launch of our official Food Truck Internship Program!

This week, we kicked things off with our very first intern—an upcoming graduate from Collin County Community College!

Our internship is designed to provide:
1. Hands-on experience in a fast-paced mobile kitchen
2. Essential culinary and food safety training
3. Insight into business logistics—menu pricing, inventory, and customer service
4. Entrepreneurial skills for aspiring food business owners
5. A pathway to future employment or local food industry partnerships

We’re proud to help shape the next generation of culinary talent and food entrepreneurs—right here in our community!
