On Saturday I get to share my culinary journey over delicious food and conversation! The J. Erik Jonnsson Central Library calls it Meals and Memories! I'm so honored and blessed to share my story!

On this day I spent some time with a group of seniors that needed some healthy tips! Shocking and Blanching vegetables are great techniques to help preserve both the nutritional value and the texture of the veggie! This method allows you to experience the veggies with great texture, vitamin C&B and fiber!
