It's always important to me to make food that's comforting but different - familiar but also new and exciting. These braised carrots with toasted pistachio and dill were a hit, and paired well with fillet mignon... 🥕

I love watching my clients plate up family style -- observing their curiosity on each dish and answering questions... I make sure there's always plenty of options for every palette.
When you've got to decide between Chilean Seabass with saffron tomato sauce or a filet mignon with herb butter... sometimes, you just have to have a bit of both 😋
Had a few wonderful events at the incredible recently, always a joy serving their amazing guests - I've come to know them well and I love bringing smiles to their retreats. Some highlights....
Love the color in this salad - arugula salad with figs, prosciutto, toasted pecans, shaved parmesan, and raspberry balsamic dressing. 🌿
Some more highlights from TX / OU Weekend - kept it festive with some mexican street corn dip and some delectable tenderloin sandwiches with pickled red onion, radish & cabbagge slaw with avocado crema... 🙏
Shrimp with watermelon & cucumber tossed in coconut lime dressing with Cilantro -- this ceviche is a tortilla chip's best friend. ❣️🦐
Always a joy cooking for good friends and clients Kendall and JT - they always throw an amazing party for TX / OU Weekend. Brought them some good eats for the boomer sooners and hook 'ems! Gotta share the love...🏈🙏

I love working with seafood or meat caught or hunted by my clients - it makes the food so personal, it's the story behind the bite... these were Wildebeest Sausage Tarts with chipotle raspberry goat cheese ❣️
I love creating fresh, unique salads for my clients - they're always full of color and flavor... 🥬 This was my tomato, farro, toasted pine nut & mozzarella salad with basil vinaigrette. Served up at for some amazing folks.

Last week was an amazing week of cooking for some amazing clients at - fiesta night was a highlight - so many colors and flavors. Some highlights: smoked brisket Birria tostadas topped with Cojita cheese, Mango pineapple & Jicama Salad with Orange - Lime Dressing, a full fresh salsa bar, Grilled Chipotle marinated skirt steak tacos with peppers and onions, and of course... butter tortillas 😋
Looking back on some seafood delights! My kind of stuffed shells 😏 - bacon and pine nuts bring these beauties some serious flavor and texture! 🐚
