Originally from Missouri, Tina was introduced to the fashion industry by working as a professional model across t

he country from LA to New York while obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a Minor in Theatre from Missouri State University. While working as a Marketing Consultant on the wholesale side of the fashion industry, she met one of her clients- Terry Costa.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved founder, Terry Costa.

Terry was a trailblazer, establishing a woman-owned business in 1986 that created countless opportunities for thousands of clients and hundreds of employees. Her vision, determination, and passion laid a strong foundation that continues to inspire and guide the Terry Costa team today. We are forever grateful for the legacy she built, allowing us to find joy in our work while turning dreams into reality.

Terry sold the store in 2007, entrusting the company to her chosen successor, Tina Loyd. Even after stepping back, Terry continued to work part-time until 2009, offering her guidance and support to ensure the business thrived beyond her tenure.
