Our Executive Chef, Martin Mendoza has been preparing elegant cuisines for more than 20 years starting with The Wonderful World of Cooking. Martin and his staff can prepare for 10 or 2000 people and can compose each dish to enchant the taste buds of all who

partake. Our pastry chef and cake designer, Judith Jenkins began crafting fine pastries, candies and cakes over 30 years ago. She began in 1978 as a Frosted Art Chef with Neiman- Marcus and remained there until 1998 when she began her career with A La Carte. Whatever you desire, detailed and elaborate or simple and elegant, Judith will delicately emulate your desire to exact specifications. Any event catered by A La Carte will make YOU the talk of the town.
