Under Construction…

We are extremely happy to announce that we will be back in the kitchen making our yummy food and taking orders again. We are currently doing some website maintenance but will be up back and running fully very soon.

GRILLED OCTOPUS SALAD

Octopus:
600 g octopus
4 tbsp olive oil
salt

Salad:
3 baby potatoes
1 orange segmented
1 chorizo sausage diced
1 spring onion sliced finely
6 olives cut into quarters
1 tbsp capers
1 handful dill
12 sundried tomatoes
1 handful parsley

Salad Dressing:
2 tbsp orange juice
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp oregano
salt & pepper
1 garlic crushed

PORK ROAST WITH A LITTLE CRACKLE!!

Crackling would have to be the most enjoyable part of a good piece of pork. That undeniable crispy, oily crunch filled with so much flavour is something we all look forward to after having a roast in the oven for hours. Especially as it fills your entire house with mouthwatering smells!

Imagine the left overs the next day?!!? They rarely even exist in our home but think about pork sliders, pork grilled cheese, fajitas, pizza toppings, in a salad or on toast with a poached egg in the morning drizzled with hollandaise sauce… my very favorite plantain tacos...lord help me.
