At DHD Films, the face the world sees is just the beginning. Behind it stands a powerhouse of more than 30 creative and talented minds, a collective we proudly call the DHD Brain Trust. 🧠

Every so often, we open the doors to our Brain Trust and invite clients to join us in tackling their biggest challenges or uncovering bold new opportunities across marketing, communications, branding, and beyond.

Today was one of those special moments as we welcomed our incredible partners from Copart to our Treat Tuesday Brain Trust. The session was filled with inspiring ideas, engaging conversation, and of course, plenty of snacks.

If you’re a VP of Marketing, Head of Brand, or Chief Marketing Officer looking to take your brand to the next level, we’d love to connect. Let’s plug your challenge into the Brain Trust and see what sparks. ✨

A huge thank you to David Kang, Anant Nahata, Darren Nylec, Fatima Ali, and Michele Dyer for your time and insights today. We’re grateful for the conversation and excited to see what we’ll create together in the weeks ahead. And kudos to Shezad Manjee for brilliantly moderating this morning’s discussion. 🙌

Shout out to our June birthdays! 🎉

Annie Smith - Annie just returned from a trip to Europe where she had tons of pastries, coffee, and local beer! As they say in paris, "elle est une légende du graphisme."

Aubri Williams - Aubri's dog is named Habibi! In Arabic, Habibi means "my love." This is an ode to her Middle Eastern upbringing for her middle and high school years.

Collin Quick - Collin shares a birthday with his mom. Out of 365 days in a year, this is such a cool coincidence!

Step into the ⏳⚡

We're excited to be working again with Texas Native Health on a new project. It was this time last year that we had the privilege of creating their brand anthem. Telling a story that celebrates culture, healing, and community means a lot to all of us.

We’re excited to share it again and celebrate the impact it continues to have. Keep and eye out for our next TNH engagement coming soon!

🎬 Lights. Camera. Texas!

Today Governor Greg Abbott signed SB22 into law, unlocking a 🚀 $1.5 BILLION, 10-year commitment to super-charge film & TV production across the Lone Star State.

As a Dallas-born studio that’s spent 25 years championing human-centered stories, we’re buzzing. This fund doesn’t just bring Hollywood here—it empowers the world-class crew, vendors, and storytellers who already call Texas home.

What SB22 means for our creative community:
-More marquee productions choosing Dallas and other Texas hubs
-Thousands of new jobs—from gaffers to unreal artists
-A rising tide for local businesses that keep sets rolling 🚚🎚️🍴

The stage is set. The incentives are live. If you’re scouting for a place where innovation meets true Texas hospitality, let’s talk.

ACTION starts now. 🎥✨

Step into the ⌛⚡

Hard to believe it’s been a full year since we worked on this unforgettable project for Children’s Health and North Texas Giving Day.

Brantley’s story is just one of so many that show the incredible impact of Children’s Health. From a directorial debut to a 3D animated lion, this shoot challenged us in all the best ways. We’re really proud of how it came together. 🦁✨

Today, we’re honoring Juneteenth and the incredible contributions of Black storytellers in film and television. 💫

𝐀𝐯𝐚 𝐃𝐮𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐲 - First Black woman to direct a film nominated for a Best Picture Oscar (Selma) and the first to direct a $100M+ studio film (A Wrinkle in Time)

𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐫 - In 1964, Poitier became the first Black man to win an Academy Award for Best Actor.

𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐑𝐚𝐞 - Starting with YouTube, Rae built her own lane in comedy and storytelling. She’s created space for Black creatives, especially women, to tell real, relatable stories in bold new ways.

𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐞 - Lee has spent decades confronting race, politics, and justice in his work. He’s one of the most influential and outspoken voices in American cinema, with a style that’s instantly recognizable.

𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐑𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 - Rhimes redefined network television with complex, diverse characters and groundbreaking casting. Through her company Shondaland, she’s built one of the most successful empires in modern TV.

Black creatives have shaped the way we see and understand the world. Their talent, perspective, and courage continue to move the industry forward.

We’re proud to celebrate that impact and continue learning and growing alongside it. ❤️ 💛 💚

Happy Pride from DHD Films. 🏳️‍🌈

To celebrate the Dallas Pride festival this weekend, we’re highlighting a few LGBTQIA+ creatives who have left their mark on film and television. Their work inspires us, and so does the way they show up with honesty and heart every day.

We’re proud to stand with the LGBTQIA+ community today and always. 💚

When a leader like Dennis, CEO of Quantum Connections, speaks — you lean in.

With a decades-long track record of transforming brands and building momentum for global companies, Dennis is now channeling that expertise into something deeply human: helping teams connect beyond difference. Under his guidance, Quantum Connections is equipping organizations with the tools to build psychological safety, foster dialogue, and create workplaces where people feel truly seen and heard. 💫

We’ve had the privilege of supporting this mission — helping translate Quantum’s bold vision into a brand that’s just as innovative and purpose-driven as the work they do. From logo design and website development to animated explainers, sales enablement tools, and a live-action brand film, it’s been an all-in partnership.

And hearing Dennis reflect on that journey in this short video is the kind of affirmation that reminds us why we do what we do.

Give it a watch — and if you haven’t yet explored the work Quantum is doing, now’s the time.

Our social media manager had us turn a Tiktok trend into a full-blown studio-quality unboxing of one of the internet’s hottest collectibles: the . 💁‍♀️

So... what’s a Labubu? It’s a small, toothy-grinned, mischievous-looking monster that comes in a mystery box and has taken over the internet. By combining celebrity and influencer buzz with limited-edition drops (it took us 2 weeks to get our hands on these), the brand has built a sense of urgency and exclusivity. It’s a smart example of how thoughtful product marketing can create real demand. 🧠✨

Big thanks to Naya for lending star power to this 𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦 important trend research!
