Throwing your first pet party? I’ve got you friend! Let me save you some trial and error—trust me, I’ve been there, done that. 😅

Back in 2018, when I was starting this business, I was that person using flimsy plastic tablecloths that ripped the second a dog jumped up 😱. Yes, that was me. Sometimes, when I think back, I shake my head and wonder what the heck I was doing!

As 2024 comes to an end, I’ve been reflecting on my most favorite parts of the year and some of the more vulnerable moments that came with it. This year has been filled with incredible growth—not just in my business, but in myself!

The not-so-favorite parts taught me lessons I didn’t even know I needed, while the favorite ones reminded me why I started The Barkday Planner in the first place: to create unforgettable moments for pets and their people! 🎉✨🐾

I’m SO incredibly grateful for the clients who trusted us with their celebrations, the amazing partners and vendors who helped bring them to life, and the opportunities that came from simply showing up and saying yes to the unknown. 🫶🏼

One of the biggest highlights of 2024 was creating our DFW Dog Parents Membership!!! This was a dream of mine, and I’m thrilled to be kicking it off on January 1st with a bang! I truly feel ready, energized, and excited to embrace everything 2025 has in store.

Thank you for being part of our 2024 journey—whether you’ve worked with us, cheered us on, or supported us from afar. Here’s to more parties, puppies, memories, and magic in 2025. Let’s make it the best one yet!
