Meet Jazmin!

On wedding days, the first thing I do is take a moment to ground myself and soak in the atmosphere before reviewing the checklist for the 100th time. :)

My favorite part of a wedding day is hearing the “I Do’s” and watching them sealed with a kiss, when the room shifts from heartfelt emotion to pure celebration. ✨

Meet Britney! 🤍

On wedding days, the first thing I do is go through my checklist, making sure vendors, décor, details, and timing are all set. I love being that extra set of hands to keep everything running smoothly so the couple can just enjoy their day.

My favorite part of a wedding day is the moment right after the “I Do’s.” The look of pure joy on a couple’s face reminds me exactly why I love what I do. I also love watching the dance floor fill up, it is the best celebration of love, family, and friendships. ✨

Fun facts:
~ I am completing my Accounting degree at UTA. That background helps me stay organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of budgets when planning weddings
~ I am bilingual in Vietnamese
~ I enjoy pilates, trying new coffee shops, and baking

When I am not planning or coordinating, you will find me at the gym, traveling, reading, or building Legos.

A wedding guests are still talking about!✨ Flight attendants greeted loved ones and handed out boarding passes in custom passport holders that doubled as es**rt cards, guiding guests to their destination. Lion dancers lit up the celebration, the live band kept the dance floor full from the moment the doors opened, and surprise experiences like an ice cream station, cigar bar, and fireworks made the night unforgettable.

At our clients’ home, we transformed their driveway into a Bali-inspired paradise. A tent installation, custom flooring, dramatic ceiling designs, an 8ft elephant, and tropical florals set the scene. Inspired by Disney World, we designed the celebration so guests never knew what to expect next. Interactive elements and hidden moments included a late-night pizzeria and an ice cream parlor revealed behind the draping.

At Michelle Phu Events, we believe the magic is in the details and the joy is in the experience.

20 hours before the event, a storm rolled through out of no where. The carpet was soaked, the draping was flying, and decor was scattered everywhere.
