Saying Goodbye to my Pioneer DVJX1 Video DJ DVD turntables. We signed contracts with Harrah’s casino and scored a residency in one of the hottest clubs “972”. We filled the the VIP room every week at 972 with these. The clown DJ in the other room was angry because there was a line of people trying to get into the VIP lounge to see the music videos and didn’t care to listen to him play MP3s. We spent about $40,000 with all of the equipment and videos for this setup.
No other DJs in Dallas had these in 2006. The players cost $3000 a piece then. These DVJs will be spending the rest of their lives in beautiful Hawaii.
