Jasper's Catering was invited by a local patron to cater a fundraising event for Vertical Harvest in Jackson Hole, Wyoming last week. And what a perfect time to be in Jackson Hole! Executive Chef Chad Bowden and Sous Chef Craig Shinn took a few days off from preparing for the opening of the new restaurant from Abacus-Jasper's Restaurant Group opening in Aug. in the former Abacus location at 4511 McKinney Ave in Dallas.
