Hey everyone Double Ds a new bar in Dallas is looking to schedule trucks. They have been open a few months and it’s super busy! They would like trucks from Wed-Sun 7-12. No guarantees but if you would like to sign up let me know! It’s in the Design District on Riverfront Blvd and they have no kitchen. I am searching for food trucks to participate in our annual 4th of July Fireworks Celebration in Van Alstyne. It will be held on Sunday, July 4th beginning at 6 p.m. We are wanting "fair/carnival" type food and plan on having 5-6 food trucks. There is no charge for setting up for this event. We just want delicious food at a decent price for the consumers. In 2019, we had about 1,000+ people attend this event. The Van Alstyne Chamber of Commerce, co-host this event with the City of Van Alstyne. Can you point me in the right direction to find these types of food trucks? Thank you!

www.Propaproductions.com list the full details of the event. This is a sold out show of 200 people. The event is EDM Festival style. We are working with the city of Dallas and other officials to bring a serious of COVID safe music events. We have set days all through October that will range from 400 - 800 attendants. The show this weekendwill start at 1pm and end at 11pm. We would like to have only one truck if possible. Need someone that can help work with us on a good solution. If more trucks are needed then let us know. We will need these trucks to work on us with at least 4 other shows. This size or bigger.

I am looking for 1 trucks for Friday and Saturday, Sept 26th and 27th in Little Elm. See below for more details. Let me know if you would be interested.

Rock n Concepts is putting on a two day, socially distant drive in music festival on Fri 9/25 & Sat 9/26, simultaneously in three cities (N Austin in Hutto, N Dallas in Little Elm and Lubbock). Each location is expected to have approximately 5,000 people per day and we are looking to partner with 3-4 food trucks for food service.
Each food truck would need 2-3 different items (looking for more concession style foods like Burgers, Dogs, Nachos, Brisket Sandwiches, Etc) - So even though "Bob's Burgers" might have a special blend patty and special sauce / toppings, we really just need a simple concession burger / cheeseburger / bacon cheeseburger [no veggies needed] and mustard / ketchup / mayo packets on the side. The burgers would be foil wrapped and stocked up. Same for hot dogs.

*Rock n Concepts would guarantee a minimum amount

*Since this is socially distant, we have developed an app for ordering. Nobody would be in line directly in front of food trucks.

*Rock n Concepts would purchase the entrees / baskets from each food truck at the guaranteed price and sell through the app.

*Rock n Concepts would settle up nightly with each food truck.

*No beverage service, only food.
