Now that the chaos is over we would like to thank everyone who was able to make it out to the Bluegrass festival this year.

We would also like to thank everyone who had a hand in helping out and making sure everything flowed smoothly.

We look forward to seeing you all again real soon. Be sure to check out the Mushroom festival in October.

I’ll start throwing up more details about that event soon.

🦝 It’s time for the 50th annual Raccoon Creek Bluegrass Festival 🦝 event starts at 4:00 this afternoon. Saturday 12 to 1030 ish we have BBQ and all the good concert food. Parking lot pickin all day and night. Bathrooms on site and plenty of covered areas incase of inclement conditions. Don’t miss out on this great local event.

Due to poor cell service I have missed a few calls today. But hopefully this will help answer some questions.

The concert area is covered with permanent seating but there is additional room to bring your own comfy chairs if you wish.

From Hwy 61,
turn onto Braswell Mtn Rd.
Then a right onto Tibbitts Rd.
Then a right into Music Park Path. (It will be hard to miss this one)
(No matter what GPS says DO NOT take Mountain Rd.)

Cash is king.

We do not necessarily have handicap parking but we will accommodate by drop off and/ or shuttle to concert area.
Just let the gate attendant know when you drive in of your needs.

We do not sell alcohol.
Coolers are allowed and what's in it is none of our business. We just ask that everyone be respectful.

Rain is always expected but we have plenty of shelter and it is always hit or miss and short lived. Welcome to Georgia Summer. lol

Don't worry about tickets selling out.
Come when you can.

Stage music will end around 10 or 10:30pm, however there is always a good camp session or several going on later into the night in the camping area.

Concession will open around 4pm on Friday and noon on Saturday.

We usually serve breakfast Saturday morning until gone. Starting around 9am. ( We don't usually get alot of breakfast customers but we still cook it to feed our staff and we like to cook more than necessary. lol)

If you are looking for local hotels, I recommend Lake Pointe Station, Cartersville, Acworth or Hiram.

Come for the festival stay for the food and parking lot pickin.

It’s a blast for the whole family and is something you should experience again and again.
