*Important Announcement Regarding Raccoon Creek Bluegrass Festival 2025*
We have decided to take a break this year from having the Bluegrass Festival.😔
This decision was requested by the property owner, Rickey, as we have some restructuring that needs to occur.
You never know, this may be our chance to change the event date to a different season. As many have requested over the years to move it to Spring or Fall due to the extreme heat in July.🥵
Please know this is NOT the end, just a year break, so we can come back bigger and better in 2026!
And there may still be other events at the Music Park this year.
I have all kinds of ideas floating around in my brain. 🧠
I would also like everyone to know that we truly love and appreciate all the patrons, musicians, sponsors, staff and volunteers.❤️
With all this being said, please keep in mind that the venue is still open for rental. Just contact me if you want to promote your own event.
It is personally going to be hard for me to not be at the music park during the second weekend in July.
So we may have a simple covered dish jam session kind of thing one night. I will keep you posted on that.🪕🎻
Honestly Rickey has not had a chance to sit back and just enjoy the company of his friends and fellow musicians at the festival in a while due to the stress that comes along with putting on a big event.
