FULL TRANSPARENCY…that’s how I operate. As excited as I am for the new Toddler Play Space hours…I’m equally as nervous and anxious. First, I’m a born perfectionist and people pleaser. This makes me a great planner as I try to predict everything that could go wrong and attempt to prevent it. But this is new territory for me. Have I thought of all that could go wrong and prevented it? What if all ten kids want to be on the same side of Party Portal at once and it’s crowded? What if an hour isn’t enough? What if, what if, what if??

SUCCESS: Second, the success of this means the world to me. And, I’m not talking 💵. While I’ve yet to pay myself $1 from this business yet hope to make it my full-time career in the near future…for me success will be my littlest clients having fun exploring their imagination while they and their Moms make new friends and create true community ❤️

FEAR: My biggest fear is someone will try it once and something goes wrong. Then, they never come back and tell friends about it. But, please know this…I am here for you all. I will always be open to suggestions and listening while adjusting as needed.

DISCOVERY: If ten kids is too much, I’ll decrease the number. If an hour isn’t long enough, I’ll add more time. This is a period of discovery but hang with us because IF it isn’t all we’ve hoped for at the start, it will get there.

Here’s a preview of some of my items for sell at the Community Kid Stuff Yard Sale tomorrow. We’ll have 7 other Moms set up outside, as well. Plus, Party Lemon is back selling delicious lemonade made by the cutest 6 year old entrepreneur and his beverage master Daddy :) 2-5 at the Brosville Business Center and Party Portal :)

🥁 🥁 🥁 Without further ado…I’m soooo excited…I’d like to unveil the newest addition to Party Portal Events…our charming boutique toddler play space featuring six imagination stations! Your little ones can also explore soft play, sensory experiences , games, art, and toys designed to spark creativity. Make memories watching your child's imagination flourish in a magical environment made just for them! Plus, enjoy complimentary coffee in delightful flavors while connecting with friends. We can't wait to see you!

💗 GOALS: I put a lot of thought into every aspect of this new space and hope it brings so much joy! The goal was to create a place where imagination comes to life and parents can either join in or take a much deserved moment to sit down and enjoy some coffee with friends. 💗

🗓️ OPENING: Sessions officially begin September 30th!

🖊️ INVITES: We’ll have an invite only soft opening on September 23rd and 25th. Invites are first being extended to our past clients, the ladies who reached out in the Spring interested in hosting some hours, and the Sova Mom’s Meetup group.

💵 I’ll be reaching out individually but if you see this, please message me for a hefty discount code. (Soft opening will be $1 only just to test the payment system!)

If anyone would like an invite please let me know. I’ll extend those first come first serve based on remaining available openings. I just ask for your feedback throughout the process of booking, paying online, and of course, the experience to help us ensure we’re running smoothly.

⏰ HOURS: We’re starting with limited hours shown on the flyer but will add evening hours next followed by more weekdays. My motto is slow and steady. I just want to ensure everything is running properly to offer the best experience for your children and yourself possible. Thus, we may make more adjustments along the way. 😃

I know I said no sneak peeks….but I had to share this. The ugly pipes are finally gone!! Some of you may have never noticed them as I strategically placed a photo back drop stand and banner in front of them whenever possible. But, this is now the new play space so they got an eviction! We’ll still have birthday banners for photos, but in the front foyer….perfect for grabbing a photo with guests as they arrive or leave. 🙂

PS…this is all getting sanded and painted….but why do I have the urge to paint Sid from Ice Age? Do you see what I see? Haha.

What do y’all think about having these flavored coffee syrups available for the coffee during Toddler Play Space hours this fall?? Would you use these with a sweetened or unsweetened creamer?
