I closed the shop at noon today and was walking in the parking lot to my car, when an elderly lady pulled into the lot. I asked her if I could help her and she said “I needed a rose to put on my mama’s grave, but its ok. I see you are closed.” I told her it was no problem to help her. I went inside and made her a red rose with purple monte and leatherleaf. I put a red bow on it and took it back out to her car. She was crying when she handed me this card. It is these moments that I love most. I love helping people express their love for one another. Thats a true florist’s heart. ♥️

What a busy week it has been! I hope all you Mothers out there enjoy the bouquets sent by your families. We are going a bit crazy with all the orders we stayed up late to get out to you (see… Morgan has lost it! Lol). If you couldnt get your order through, I sincerely apologize that we had to cut them off today. We did our best to do as many as we had the woman power to get done! We love you all! We’ve had a very busy week at Lavender Blooms Florist & Gifts, with well over 100 deliveries going out for Mother’s Day. We are at max on what we can get delivered tomorrow (Saturday 5/11/24) but we are filling the cooler with fresh arrangements available for walk in or phoned order pick up. We also have Demdaco ceramic wind chimes with “mother” verse on them, and some with butterflies. We also have lighted lanterns, ceramic plates, willow figurines, Candleberry candles, sterling silver jewelry, beautiful dish gardens, hydrangeas and hanging baskets for sale. Come on in and get a gift for your sweet mother! Theres still time and merchandise available.
