Happy St. Patricks Day! We did not forget about the free setup, we got slightly busy with bookings, however, we will go over the submissions from both the business page, and our personal pages where we also posted, and also take into account those who followed the instructions and interacted with our content. Wish I got better pictures of the lilo and stitch party I did today! Table cloths and Chair covers, balloon garland, balloon towers, marquee number, and customized lables all done but us, and with only an hour and a half to decorate! I think it turned out great! Book us!

Happy Monday Everyone! Anybody have any late April/May events coming up? (Birthday Parties, baby showers, weddings, etc.) BHP Events is looking to do a free setup! We've been looking into creating more social media content, but the problem with that is once we create the video, our product goes to waste! Instead of wasting our product and time, we thought it'd be good to do a free setup. We are also going to be doing other giveaways! (Label packages, t-shirts, etc.)
Rquirements:
1. Setup must be in Danville or surrounding areas.
2. One day setups only (NO overnight or 2 day parties)
3. Must be given adequate time to set up so we can record our process!

Would anybody happen to be having a baby shower or birthday party today that could use some free decorations? Had a last minute cancelation, and I would hate to see all my hard work go to waste when somebody could use it! Completely free, I can even drop off and help set up! Sn: Please be mindful of the hard work small businesses put into their craft. If something in your situation changes, please let them know ASAP! We spend time away from our family, spend money, and work hard to do these things ourselves.😔

Thanks everyone who came out tonight and supported! Unfortunately, the 40mph wind showed no mercy today! A couple vendors did leave early as their tents and products were being destroyed, and we don't blame them! But we still had the show go on for everybody who wanted to stay as a lot of people spent their time and money preparing for today. The weather is just something that cannot be negotiated, and while we did our absolute best to keep the ball rolling, there are things we have no control over. Of course we can't please everybody, but it was a free event enjoyed by some more than others. Overall we are happy with the turn out and big thanks to our vendors who fought the wind with us all day😅 Have a great night everybody!
