Our first wedding cake since moving to Virginia! This beauty was 3 flavors of decadent! Triple chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, almond sour cream cake with raspberry filling, and carrot cake with cream cheese filling. All softly frosted in vanilla Italian meringue buttercream.

This was a super fun project for a tiki themed birthday party for an octopus lover! Bottom tier is coconut cake with lime filling frosted in vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. The octopus is made of sugarpaste. The top two tiers are amaretto cake with almond mousse and Nutella filling frosted in almond vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. This cake required some engineering and power tools but I had so much fun making it. :)

Happy 1st birthday to a precious little mermaid having a party today! Bottom tier is cookies n cream cake. Middle is raspberry lemonade. Top tier is blue vanilla cake with blueberry filling and so is the baby's little smash cupcake.

I am in LOVE with this cake!! Modern, simple, elegant! Tiers of vanilla cake filled with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and a gluten free marble cake filled with almond mousse. All covered in simple white fondant. Bottom tier was embellished with marbled fondant and edged in 24k edible gold. But the show stopper are the edible rice paper sails, dusted in gold shimmer and also edged in gold. I also made extra sheet cakes for the kitchen as this is for a large wedding!

This was a beautiful wedding! 3 tiers of gluten free cake. Almond vanilla with raspberry preserves, dark chocolate with chocolate ganache and fresh sliced strawberries, and lemon cake with lemon curd. All covered in rustic Italian meringue buttercream and fresh flowers. The groom's cake is red velvet with coconut cream cheese frosting.

A quilted look for a baby shower. Bottom tier is white almond sour cream cake with a cheesecake filling and a vanilla Italian Meringue buttercream. Top tier is white chocolater cake with a raspberry preserve filling and white chocolate Italian Meringue buttercream.

I can't wait to deliver this adorable lumberjack themed baby shower cake! This cake is buffalo plaid on the inside and covered in dark chocolate ganache with fondant and frosting on top. The axe is made of modelling chocolate. This was SO fun to create!

Merry belated Christmas everyone! This was the only Christmas cake we made this year so I got lots of time to spend with friends and family and Jesus! Dark chocolate chunk cake filled with tart cherry cream and frosted in Italian meringue buttercream! Covered and decorated in fondant with sugar snow on top. YUMMY!

We loved making this geode inspired, hand painted wedding cake along with a tower of french macarons! This cake is pink velvet raspberry chambord cake, cookies-n-cream cake, and a top tier of mojito cake. The cookies are all different flavors too! Chai tea, vanilla, coffee and salted caramel. YUM YUM! Congratulations to this happy couple!

We are SO excited to announce that beginning in January, we will be working with Tampa Bay Party Project that hosts birthday parties for children in foster care and in need. We have 5 parties booked already! My husband, Paul, and I put this out into the universe as it was something heavy on our hearts to do, and all the pieces just miraculously fell into place, thanks to the great friends in our lives! God is so good! We are truly looking forward to blessing these children with over the top, magical birthday sweets!

A baby shower cake for Baby Nylah, who is expected to arrive anytime now! This is almond sour cream cake with a thin layer of raspberry preserve and then a thick pineapple mousse filling. Covered in almond Italian meringue buttercream and fondant. Little bears are fondant and gumpaste. We love the combination of purple and silver!
