The Farm at Chalybeate Springs is just two minutes from the paved highway and features a 4,000 square foot barn with indoor ceremony area, a rustic log altar, dressing rooms for the bride and groom and plenty of room for the reception and dancing. An eclectic collection of gold and silver tables, chairs, and bar stools provides plenty of reception seating and antique clawfoot tub and washing machi

ne can be used for icing down drinks. Millions of white lights, a serving table made of old doors as well as a rustic bar and photo booth provide fun touches. A gorgeous pasture just east of the barn features breathtaking rolling hills and a beautiful mountain view and rustic log altar and seating for 100+. Fire pits, horse shoes, and a few old trucks and a hippie van provide whimsical accents outside. Our very reasonable rental fee includes 12 hours so you have plenty of time to set everything up just how you want. Do it yourself or coordinate your own vendors - it's up to you!
