Bailey recently joined Posh Wedding Coordination as an Assistant Coordinator! Bailey has always had a passion for planning and executing events. From sorority recruitments to bridal showers and weddings, no task has seemed too big for her to tackle. She loves to bring attention to detail and keep everything in order. As a former Posh bride, she hopes to provide the same stress-free and well executed day that she had back in 2021.

We are SO excited to have Bailey on the team and look forward to her contribution in bringing wedding day dreams to life for our brides and grooms! ♥️

Join my team! We are looking for an Assistant Coordinator who will contribute to making our clients’ dreams come true. The Assistant Coordinator will be someone who has a strong interest in event planning and wedding coordination. We are looking for someone who is able to uphold the brand of Posh Wedding Coordination, LLC and who provides excellent customer service to each of our couples.

As the Assistant Coordinator, you will be tasked with assisting the Lead Coordinator on wedding days and helping create and plan social media content for our Facebook and Instagram channels. We are looking for someone who would like to eventually manage and coordinate weddings on their own.

Hello and Happy New Year! The holidays have passed and we are all settled in with our new baby (born 12/14/21). It’s been awhile, but we are BACK and ready for 2022! ✨

This is one of my favorite moments from Rachel and Blake’s November wedding. They shared a prayer right before the ceremony. Unseen, unbothered and so excited for what was about to happen within the next 30 minutes. It’s moments like these that really slow down a wedding day. Embrace it and cherish it ♥️

The Kellis family is excited to be welcoming another sweet baby girl into the world this December 💗. We are beyond excited for our little blessing and can’t believe how outnumbered Kyle will now be (5:1 including the pups 😂).

I will be taking maternity leave from 12/1 - 3/31 or until announced otherwise and will pick back up in April 2022 with the beautiful spring weddings. Thank you all for your understanding and patience as I give my body time to heal and our family space to bond as a party of 4 🤍

During the wedding day, I’m one busy girl. Running last minute errands, transferring the goods from the ceremony site to reception, setting up for the reception, etc. etc…. And I always miss these quiet, sweet moments that are captured while I handle the chaos in the background. I LOVE going through the wedding albums of my couples to see the photos I didn’t see in person 🤍

I loved this day. Kathy and Cody’s wedding was nothing short of a blast. From the early start for the traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony to the late night party on the dance floor- these two were surrounded by the best people for their best day.

There were a lot of moving parts during the day but all went beyond smooth. Shout out to a killer vendor team (last pic 🤣) for executing a flawless event.

Hey, hi, hello! I have seen some new faces here so think it’s a good time for a re-intro!

My name is Kayleigh Kellis and I am the founder and owner of Posh Wedding Coordination, LLC. I have been in the event industry for 8 years and fell in love with weddings 7 years ago when working as an Assistant Wedding Coordinator at a golf club. I started Posh in 2019 and have never looked back!

I am the Mrs. to and Mama to a toddler named Quinn. In my free time I do CrossFit, scroll Pinterest and drink lots of coffee. My 2021 resolution is to read more books- so if you have any good ones- holler!

I have a strong faith in God and believe He has led me to Posh for good reason. I also believe that everyone is to be treated equally and kindness is answer to the world’s problems. So please be nice- there is no room for hate here 👋🏼

Everyone has advice they want to give you for your wedding day:

“Take in every moment”
“Don’t stress the small stuff”
“Make sure you say hi to your guests”
“Make sure you dance”

Although these are all very good bits of advice, the one I would give is to take a few quiet moments with your new husband/wife to really be present with each other on one of the biggest days of your lives. Everything else can wait. This day is about you two 🤍✨

I always look forward to seeing every couple’s wedding video- I get to relive each moment of that day. I love seeing how the dessert table turned out, the timing of the ceremony procession and seeing other little events sprinkled in throughout the day to make it perfect. This wedding was so much fun with such a fun bunch! ✨
