We catered a Welcome Party for a wedding for 120 last night. What a great night!
Appetizers: steak & cheese eggrolls with chipotle aioli, smoked salmon crostini, bruschetta, chicken tenders, and fries
Dinner was the Mediterranean Buffet with garlic and herb steak tips, Greek chicken, squash medley, rice pilaf, pesto pasta salad and Greek salad.
Dessert was chocolate chunk cookies, brownies, lemon bars, and strawberry shortcake dessert shooters.
