We catered a Welcome Party for a wedding for 120 last night. What a great night!

Appetizers: steak & cheese eggrolls with chipotle aioli, smoked salmon crostini, bruschetta, chicken tenders, and fries

Dinner was the Mediterranean Buffet with garlic and herb steak tips, Greek chicken, squash medley, rice pilaf, pesto pasta salad and Greek salad.

Dessert was chocolate chunk cookies, brownies, lemon bars, and strawberry shortcake dessert shooters.

What a great night! We catered a 90th birthday last night. The menu: shrimp cocktail, crudite with spinach dip, cheese, crackers and fruit, mediterranean stuffed mushrooms, smoked salmon crostini, beef tenderloin with horseradish cream sauce, chicken piccata, roasted squash medley, lemon butter green beans, spinach salad, apple pie and tiramisu dessert shooters. A big thanks to our amazing team for helping the night run smoothly!

The bartenders rocked it, thanks to The Cocktail Guru, Jonathan Pogash and his team for rounding out the event with great drinks!

We did not do the flowers, but they were beautiful, shout out to Garlington Florist, great job!

We followed up this morning with a breakfast for the birthday: french toast casserole, bacon, homefries, scrambled eggs, bacon and fruit salad.

We had a great time catering a cocktail party for the residents at Round Hill on Saturday night. So many surprised faces when they realized the caterers were the same couple that run the "snack" bar 😁

We haven't gone out on Valentine's in years and with the kids being away, we were able to kick up the 🔥 with no complaints 🤣

T-bone steak with chimichurri over chipotle hummus, arugula and a tomato cucumber salad with cilantro lime vinaigrette. So good!!! 😍

What an awesome event today at Kilburn Mills at Clark Cove. We catered a lunch for the designers and models and apps for the reception and photo shoot of the Blurring Lines: Fashion Show for CVPA UMass Dartmouth. Great job Aleta and team, everything looked fantastic! Pics of smoked salmon cucumber bites, veggie pinwheels, caprese skewers, black forest dessert shooters, strawberry shortcake dessert shooters, cucumber lemonade cooler, and infused water.
