I have always enjoyed being in the kitchen, surrounding myself with great friends, fine wine, and amazing food. I started my love affair with cooking about 30 years ago working in my Step Father's Pub, I was taught to cook with passion, creativity and heart. I used to love when my Gramma would fill her home with my rather large family. Always provided her Dutch based recepies to the hungry masses

. I developed not only the passion for cooking but also the creative writing that came with the sale. For 10 years I co owned Pizza shops and a catering business, and cooked in a few bars and restaurants.
