I'm both sad and excited to share with you all, Bada Bloom is wrapping up. The exciting part is that I've been working with Flower Power, an established local florist, and now that it's under new ownership a lot of exciting things are happening there! I am now heading the classes and demonstrations, and I'm assisting my fabulous coworker in their re-vamped weddings and events area. Look for me at the full service florist, Flower Power in Posner Park, now with creative freedom and new products coming in!

I still have flowers, and there’s still time to come by! I’m always happy to put something together for you on the spot, or help you create your own arrangement! To keep things cooler, my fresh flowers are safely set out in my workspace in the garage, so don’t be fooled by the table-free yard!

Halloween is over, and I hope everyone had a spooktacular evening!

I’m excited for November, though- I’m having my first ever retail event this Saturday during the providence yard sale!! Stop by 5254 Cortland drive and get some fresh flowers to add to your home! It’s a small operation here, but a beautiful one! ❤️🌻

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our cocktails and blooms flower arranging class!! I was so impressed with the work I saw, I hope you all had as much fun as I did!

Looking for something fun to do close by? I want to see if there would be any interest from my Providence neighbors in taking a floral design class at the end of June. It would be a one time event, about 1-1.5 hours in length, I provide all materials and instruction, and you get to take home your creations. There would be a fee to cover the fresh flower materials, $15 per designer for a kid friendly class, and $25 for adults only (nicer flowers ;))

Hydrangea are big, simply beautiful, and very thirsty flowers! If they seem to be dying, try giving them a fresh cut and fresh, warm water- often, they will perk back up!
